According to NF E 81-110 (Paragraph 4).
All tolerances here above apply for heads produced according to the NF E 81-101 till NF E 81-104 standards.

The tolerance is measured on head once the edge preparation has been achieved
:
- thickness < 6 mm : ± 0.0075 D with a minimum ± 2 mm
- thickness > 6 mm : ± 0.01 D
The edge preparation has to be regular and its nominal value cannot be
too reduced
